What we look for:
- You collaborate with other teams to develop operational and strategic solutions for our clients.

- You support our Chief People Officer in sales activities and create slide decks for pitch presentations.
- You work independently and are responsible for and drive your own sub-projects.

What we require:
- You are currently studying for a degree in economics, international business, business psychology, or a related discipline and have excellent grades (Master's programme is a plus).
- You have gained basic hands-on experience in consulting, strategy teams, or business development.
- You have excellent PowerPoint, as well as good Excel skills.
- You are a strong analytical thinker with precise and structured communication skills.
- You love to take on a challenge and are eager to push both your personal and professional development.
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and in an international environment.
- You are fluent in English and German.
