Join us as a Compensation & Benefits Assistant (Summer internship) at Qonto, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our compensation and benefits processes, contributing directly to our team's efficiency and our company's growth. Under the guidance of Margaux (Compensation & Benefits Manager), you'll be immersed in an international and fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience on compensation and benefits topics.
As a Compensation & Benefits Assistant at Qonto, you will:
- Support the execution of compensation cycles, including data collection, analysis, and manager briefings.• Automate Excel files for efficient budget tracking and policy updates.
- Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure alignment with compensation policies.
- Contribute to post-cycle analysis and support data cleaning efforts for benchmark tools.
- Participate in key projects, including the implementation of Workday for integrated compensation and benefits management.

- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a master's degree in HR or finance.
- You possess advanced Excel skills and have a keen eye for detail and design.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and eager to take on hands-on responsibilities.
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with finance teams and senior stakeholders.
- You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to key projects.
