Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full time opportunities, as available.
Qorvo’s Product Owner Internships are offered in our Connectivity Systems Business Unit (CSBU). Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
The Qorvo CSBU Software Group uses Scrum and SAFe frameworks in support of Lean-Agile principles. In this context, the Product Owner (PO) is the Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with Product Owners to build and refresh the teams’ vision and roadmaps.
- Assisting with daily scrum activities, enhancing stories, creating sprint demo materials.
- Collaborating with Product Management and marketing teams to define and prioritize new software developments.
- Researching and evaluating competitive solutions.
- Enhance and develop lean-agile metrics.

Qualifications:
- Effective communication to explain the “why” to the team and work with stakeholders outside the team.
- Analytical skills to define and interpret metrics to capture continuous feedback.
- Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Gitlab, Excel is preferred.
- Solid understanding of radio-based technologies, firmware & software stacks, and protocols such as UWB, BLE, Thread, Matter or Zigbee.
