Development & training
This strengths-based programme is designed specifically for graduates, letting you shape your own path and experience personalised learning in immersive work environments. You’ll find a mixture of online education, face-to-face workshops, on-the-job training and networking events where you will meet senior managers and the Board.
Your mentor and assigned buddy can help advise you on rotations and introduce you to industry experts so that you can explore all aspects of the energy value chain.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on IT
- a passion for not only the energy industry but also IT, digital technologies and innovative solutions
- very strong analytical and numerical skills
- a highly motivated and proactive attitude, combined with the ability to work independently
- excellent communication skills, with fluent English or German skills (fluency in both would be ideal but is not essential)
- the ability to learn quickly and take accountability
- strong team-working skills and able to engage effectively with stakeholders, communicating clearly and coherently
- relevant experience or internships in the energy or IT sector (beneficial, not essential)
