From here, you’ll have the perfect springboard into the energy industry to kickstart your career.
On the Business Transformation & Strategy Graduate Programme you will get to know the corporate structure of a global player from A to Z and will get a taste of a wide range of roles, providing you with strong foundation for your future career.
You’ll choose four rotations within these business areas:
- Project Management
- Strategy & New Business Implementation
- Communications & Events
- Business Transformation & Development
- Sustainability
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Back Office Functions

Each rotation lasts 6 months.
Development & training
This strengths-based programme is designed specifically for graduates, letting you shape your own path and experience personalised learning in immersive work environments. You’ll find a mixture of online education, face-to-face workshops, on-the-job training and networking events where you will meet senior managers and the Board.
Your mentor and assigned buddy can help advise you on rotations and introduce you to industry experts so that you can explore all aspects of the energy value chain.
