- Collaborated with academic supervisors to support final year student project ideas
- Hosted M.Sc. students in-house writing their thesis
- Offered summer jobs, both physically and remotely
- Offered newly graduated students their first job
Working with students is a way for us to find new talent. We always prefer to hire excellent students that we already know over placing job ads in the newspaper.
It is just as important for us as for the student that the matching is right, that the type of project goes hand in hand with the strengths that each student has.

The power of Swedish innovation has provided the world with medtech inventions such as the heart and lung machine, the pace maker and the dialysis machine. The next big innovation is Realheart’s artificial heart. A Swedish patented product that saves lives and provides a better quality of a prolonged life. Azad Najar outlined the company’s vision in 1999 when he began designing an artificial heart that mimicked the human heart. In 2007, Azad and two business partners founded Scandinavian Real Heart.
The development of the product has advanced according to the time schedule set when the company was founded. Today, research is carried out in a close collaboration with world-leading heart surgeons, international researchers and engineers and interest from the world of research is constantly growing.
