The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UAE. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

From financial planning to strategic support, they work across the business to assess performance, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term planning, playing a key role in how we scale. 

We’re looking for a Graduate Finance & Strategy Manager to support financial modelling, data analysis, and forecasting. You’ll learn how to turn complex data into clear insights, collaborating with teams across the business.

About the Graduate Programme 

Our Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business.

Top performers can be promoted during or after the programme, giving you the chance to continue your journey at Revolut.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the creation of financial forecasts used by senior stakeholders across the business
  • Analysing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Helping design and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Working with historical data and business metrics to support accurate and insightful forecasts
  • Using data tools to structure information and make analysis easier to interpret
  • Partnering with Accounting, Data Science, Finance, Growth, Risk, and Treasury teams to ensure consistency across financial analysis
  • Preparing clear summaries of data analysis and financial insights for relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting process improvements to make financial planning and analysis more accurate, efficient, and scalable

What you'll need

  • To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM subject, accounting, or another highly analytical field
  • Proficiency in data analysis or SQL, with confidence working with large datasets
  • An interest in financial modelling, forecasting, data analysis, or financial strategy
  • Impressive Excel skills and the ability to analyse financial or operational data
  • A highly analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Fluency in English with great communication skills
  • Full-time availability from early or late 2027
  • The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Nice to have

  • An accounting qualification, such as CA, CPA, ACA, or ACCA
  • A CFA, FRM, or CERTBALM qualification, or progress towards one

Cost/funding for participants

Compensation range 

  • Krakow: PLN11,000 - PLN12,800 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN11,000 - PLN12,800 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
