Overview
Network Management drives the strategic development and optimization of the SWISS route network. As part of the Lufthansa Group, it monitors overall network profitability and key KPIs, including fleet productivity, cost and revenue trends, and market developments.

Tasks
- Support of various projects in network and fleet planning,
- Network-related coordination amongst Lufthansa Group hub airlines and with other departments within SWISS,
- Following familiarization phase, takeover of own, independent sub-projects,
- Creation of quantitative ad-hoc analyses, network key performance indicators (KPIs) and market reports,
- Active participation in various monthly review meetings (route profitability, fleet wet lease, etc.).

Requirements
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in aviation, economics or business administration (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters),
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and structural thinking skills,
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the initiative to drive projects forward,
- Proven interest and enthusiasm for the aviation industry,
- Excellent English: additional languages are a plus (e.g.: German),
- Very good MS Office skills with focus on Excel, PowerPoint; additional IT skills are welcome (e.g.: Power BI).

Cost/funding for participants
Salary:
- CHF 2,500.- gross per month with a Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
- CHF 3,000.- gross per month with a Master’s Degree
