Overview
Since 2012, the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program has brought together over 40 emerging leaders each year, from Africa and across the Atlantic Basin, who are actively shaping policy, business, and societal debates.
Now in its 13th edition, the ADEL program has become a reference platform for connecting high-impact professionals to global conversations and long-term networks of influence.
Bringing together emerging leaders from the public sector, private sector, think tanks, academia, and civil society, the program offers a unique opportunity to engage in a space where ideas, perspectives, and decision-making intersect.
Details
What is ADEL?
The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) is more than a leadership program. It is a launchpad for rising changemakers from the Atlantic Basin and Africa who are shaping the future through action, innovation, and dialogue.
As the flagship leadership initiative of the Policy Center for the New South, the ADEL program convenes participants in Rabat, Morocco for an intensive, immersive program centered on exchange, peer engagement, and discussions on key issues shaping the Atlantic space.
Participants then join the Atlantic Dialogues conference, a platform bringing together policymakers, business leaders, and experts from across the Atlantic Basin.
