The Customer Management Intern will be deeply involved in daily operations, field and local logistic team communication and continuous Improvement.
Responsibilities will include, among others:
- Propose improvement actions, develop and implement them, in coordination with those responsible for logistics within the country.
- Manage the necessary material so that the installations and maintenance can be carried out in the country it supports, ensuring the level of service.
- Control the products in stock and giving support to the Logistics Manager of the country.
- Support with the management of demand and supply aligning them with the country's own budget processes.
- Control that the inventory in the field and in the warehouse of the different assigned countries is at optimal levels, avoiding stock breaks.
- Realization of different periodic reports with indicators on the progress of the operation and share them with the Head of Logistics of the country to detect improvements in it.
- Act as internal and external support in the implementation of the new ERP.

As a result, we are looking for a self-starter and high potential / top performer individual who will combine in-depth Treasury expertise with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Very high level of English and Spanish (spoken, written and read).
- Knowledge of the Excel tool.
- Motivation to learn, focused on continuous improvement and ease of teamwork.
