Details
The HR Strategy Intern will work side by side with HR Strategy managers to define and ensure adequate and consistent implementation of several strategic projects. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders from all countries where the company operates to make sure the company is operating consistently and implementing the defined engagements across different geographies.
During this process, the HR Strategy Intern will gather scattered information from different sources to be analyzed to develop implications and conclusions that will settle potential new projects.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will entail:
- Participate in the development of our global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic intent
- Support and get involved in cross-country projects (to deliver global HR strategy), for which will be expected to:
- Analyse project impact/ results (highly number driven organization)
- Maintain 360-degree perspective (on e.g. scope, timing, costs, quality, communication and deliverables) across teams involved
- Support in the development of solutions, actions and roadmaps to accelerate transformation and mitigate risks, involving stakeholders and senior leaders appropriately
- Support to our Chief Human Resources Officer on other relevant activities (e.g. Board meetings presentation, etc.)

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. We are an international company and all our positions whether these are internships or permanent require a high level of both languages.
- Ideally you will be able to join us Immediately; however, we will assess each application and your availability on a case by case basis.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (preferred good Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Power BI knowledge very valuable
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Strong drive and hands-on
- Innovation and continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications and knowledge
- Last year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees such as Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Science, International Commerce, Economy, Marketing, etc. We are seeking individuals with passion for innovation and willing to challenge themselves.
