Topic

The 24th World Business Dialogue will be held under the main topic “Digital Leadership” which is split into three subtopics: Purpose, Social Responsibility and Digital Culture.

Digital Leadership

• Digital leadership ranges from structuring the company, investing in the future and digitalization, to proper communication and leadership with a focus on the people themselves.

Purpose

• What are we working for? How do we unite different generations under the same vision? How do we motivate our employees to show full commitment? How and on what should we change or maintain our focus in the company?

Digital Culture

• How can we continue to improve and assert ourselves in an ever more digitizing world with new work concepts? Which rules and structures are outdated and which are worth protecting? No culture without values – Which traditional values are still essential?

Social Responsibility

• How can we be considerate of our environment, society and the individual in an exponentially growing world? What additional responsibility do we have towards our employees, and what new responsibility do they have towards us? 

On our conference days (9th and 10th of June 2024) we will present speeches and panel talks to reflect on our topic “Digital Leadership”

Workshops

Besides speeches and panel talks our conference will be completed by workshops.

• Creation Labs
  Get creative in our Creation Lab! Our Creation Labs are like a business hackathon. Teams of students work together on a company specific business problem and present their solution to the company. Creation Labs will take place from the 6th of June – 8th of June. If your solution to the business problem is convincing, you can also have the opportunity to secure a job at the company. If you want to meet a renowned company, improve your analytical thinking skills and think out of the box, then you should definitely apply! How can you apply? • Speed Datings
  Speed date your potential employer! As a participant of our Speed Datings you will have the opportunity to meet a representative from a renowned company and talk for 10 minutes to him. During these 10 minutes you can present yourself and get insights into career opportunities. Our Speed Datings will take place from the 6th – 10th of June. How can you apply? Just select the field in our ticket application form!
• Deep Dive Sessions
  Do you want to work with other conference participants (students, entrepreneurs, company representatives) on questions concerning digital leadership in a relaxed atmosphere? Then our Deep Dive Sessions on the 9th and 10th of June are the perfect fit! As our creation labs and speed datings are separated from our conference, our deep dive session will be a part of our conference. As a participant you will benefit from the session by improving your problem-solving-and analytical skills. The biggest benefit is definitely the networking opportunity with conference participants from all over the world. How can you apply? You don’t have to! There´s no registration required.
