Details
Our missions are divided in two pillars:
- Start-up studio: design and implement standard operating models adapted to the Joint ventures needs and unleash the full business development potential.
- Post-Merger Integration for acquisitions: Set the PMI strategic objectives / ambitions and roll-out integration plan to deliver the full synergy potential from the acquisition.
The Global PMI Office Intern will be reporting to the Global PMI Office Director within the Believe’s Artist Services department.
Depending in the project phase, your role will be to support the team’s PMI Managers on their projects (both existing business acquisitions and Joint-Venture creation), including (non-exhaustive list):

Preparing and presenting workshop materials (e.g., process mapping, standard operating models, gap analysis) to frame the strategic goals and define business needs

Supporting in the preparation of business cases and decision support for the C-level members

Supporting in the preparation of PMO materials (e.g., project committees, steering committees, cross-functional committees).

Preparing and presenting change management materials (e.g., communication or training supports).

Writing meeting minutes and follow-up tasks to ensure a good follow-up and timing of the project.

Co-facilitating meetings with the lead Manager.

Qualifications
You are currently studying in an engineering or business school and are looking for an end-of studies or gap year internship for a period of 6 months in the Music & Tech Industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least one internship experience of more than three months, and will demonstrate the following qualities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, that mixes everyday business topics with digital and tech topics.

Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.

Business fluency in English (both orally and written). Fluency in another language is a plus.

Strong analytical & synthesis skills.

Strong skills on PowerPoint and Excel.

Oral presentation skills.

A strong interest in the music industry will be appreciated.
