Taiwan government scholarships for students pursuing a postgraduate degree in semiconductor research in Taiwan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has set up the Taiwan-Europe Connectivity Scholarship program with a view to encouraging Taiwanese and European universities to establish or expand academic cooperation via school-to-school partnerships, and attract students from Europe to apply to come to Taiwan to study Mandarin and engage in exchanges with Taiwanese students.

The Scholarship is, in principle,granted to students from countries that have diplomatic relations with Taiwan. However, special considerationmay also be given to students from other countries.
Every year, the TFD will award a select number of International Visiting Fellowships to experienced and distinguished democracy and human rights practitioners.
This program is aim at foreign professors, associate professors, assistant professors (including post-doctoral researchers) and doctoral candidates in departments related to Chinese studies at foreign universities, as well as researchers at related foreign academic institutes.

The OCBC Regional Scholarship supports the scholar's overseas study outside of his/her country of citizenship in Singapore, China, Hong Kong or Taiwan. Upon graduation, the scholar will be bonded to OCBC for the same duration as the number of years of scholarship awarded.
