Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp (AYLTLC) is a top leadership camp and a premier youth program rooted in Asia with global impact.
Established in Singapore in 2012, AYLTLC is an annual gathering for youth leaders worldwide. Over the past 14 years, it has evolved into a vital training platform for students from top universities and high schools across Asia. The upcoming 14th AYLTLC will be a special edition held in Tokyo & Yokohama, Japan.

Warmest welcome! It is our privilege to be hosting the 14th Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp (AYLTLC) in Tokyo & Yokohama, Japan.
AYLTLC aims to bring youth leaders worldwide, through engaging activities, to enhance their abilities in cross-cultural interaction and cooperation, which will further equip them to be effective leaders. In addition, participants will be able to understand more about Asia - a continent with rich cultures, beautiful traditions and vibrant society from various perspectives. Lastly, what they learn here will also be applicable to their home countries as well as the increasingly interconnected and interdependent world.
We always remind ourselves that we are hosting a camp with the brightest youth talents who are indeed the leaders of tomorrow. We will do our best to provide you a truly meaningful, enriching and unforgettable AYLTLC experience.

If you are unable to pay in US Dollars (USD), we also accept the equivalent amount in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Fees Description
- The fees are charged per participant/advisor
- The Registration Fee is a processing fee for application
- The Program Fee includes:
- hotel reception
- camp materials (e.g., handbook, name tag, certificate, etc.)
- opening ceremony, awards ceremony and closing ceremony
- learning sessions and travel sessions
- team bonding session, brainstorming session and final assessment session
- university visit and government/industry visit
- local transportation (for relevant travel and learning sessions in Tokyo & Yokohama)
- 4 nights’ accommodation
- 4 breakfasts and 3 lunches
- other miscellaneous services (e.g., materials for team bonding session and brainstorming session)
The fee excludes air tickets, visa fee (if applicable), travel insurance and all personal expenses.
