How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Accounts Payable Trainee to join our Accounts Payables department. This entry-level role is designed for someone looking to build a solid foundation in accounting operations within a professional environment.

As a Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the daily financial workflow, ensuring our suppliers are managed effectively and guaranteeing the quality and corporate standards. You will work under close supervision, receiving the mentorship and guidance necessary to kickstart your career in finance. 

Main Accountabilities

  1. Process standard invoices and credit notes
  2. Support supplier queries
  3. Provide support on payment proposal preparation
  4.  Provide support on supplier reconciliations

Your profile:

  1. Education: Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy / related fields (preferred)
  2. Experience: 0-1 years of experience (this is a perfect "foot-in-the-door" opportunity);
  3. Languages: Intermediate in English (written and spoken) is required. Extra languages are valued.
