Key Missions:
Helping to Deploy the Strategic HR Roadmap for Customer Care Departments:

An HR roadmap was drawn up at the start of the year, setting out priority initiatives. The aim of this internship will be to deploy these across the main subsidiaries of the Air Liquide Group
Accelerating the Deployment of Best Practices within the Affiliates:
-
Meet with managers and experts from our main subsidiaries to understand how they work and identify best practices to share

Agree with the managers of the various teams on the best practices to be deployed and launch action plans to implement them.
Bringing knowledge to Air Liquide

Enable Air Liquide to benefit from the latest knowledge in these areas by conducting external benchmarks.

How would you manage this mission : by participating at external events on these topics, by identifying key partners who will be able to provide appropriate information.

The Digital and IT teams of the World Business Line (WBL) to understand technological impacts on HR and seamlessly integrate digital solutions into our people strategy.

Customer Care representatives from various affiliates to gather crucial local insights, validate strategic approaches, and facilitate successful deployment of HR initiatives.
Group HR teams to ensure alignment with overall Air Liquide HR policies and frameworks.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented individual, currently in their final year of a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Candidates with initial professional experience in HR, particularly within a large organization or customer-facing environment, are strongly encouraged to apply.
