Details

Developing H2 energy markets requires AL to invest in various segments of the value chain, from H2 production, conditioning, distribution, public retail or integrated mobility offers. H2 energy projects are capital intensive, often operationally complex and thus co-investments with leading industry partners or financial investors are needed to strengthen the access to end markets for AL Clusters, supporting their growth in mobility markets and de-risking their H2 supply chain investments.

In this context, The Hydrogen Company (THC), created in 2014 with the objective to shape, develop and grow the H2 energy transition markets, is a vehicle that allows AL to perform those minority investments in the H2E field.

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting in the Group Consolidation platform IRIS for the H2C entity under the Sub-Business Line SB62 (H2 Energy)

  • Update the Fractal file for Advance yearly;

  • Ad-hoc finance task requests, most likely outside of the closing calendar.
