The business unit of Transaction Advisory Group works in identifying and realizing value enhancement potential through the hole acquisition cycle by combining our operational advisory approach with detailed financial and accounting knowledge.  

A&M TAG has an unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development.    

As an Intern (m/f/d) you will work on the following tasks, supported by the Swiss and German Corporate Transformation team:  

  • Assist on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments

  • Support with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects

  • Other M&A related (research) tasks e.g. assisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity

Description of Ideal Candidate

At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications: 

  • Advanced bachelor's or currently enrolled in a Masters programme

  • Strong affinity for figures and interest in Accounting, Finance and M&A deal cycle 

  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus 

  • Fluent business level in German and English is essential
