Details
As part of the Brand team, you will work closely to the local Brand team by assisting in marketing & PR projects through all communication channels as well as external partners.
Main tasks
- Support execution of local marketing, PR and media activations.
- Support the planning and execution of Flagship store events as well as coordinate local retail activations.
- Support the wholesale marketing activations by compiling assets and creating
client folders based on each client assortment. - Assist in overseeing and coordinating influencers activities.
- Assist in the office showroom duties and deliveries to PR agencies
- Assisting in the coordination of the gifting & influencer stock
- Assist in providing insights of social media trends & events.
- Assist in weekly and monthly reporting

Profile
- We are looking for a driven, creative, and digital/social media savvy talent to join our brand team.
- You need to be flexible and easily adapt to change and like to challenge current ways of working.
- You have a genuine interest for Parisian culture and are up to speed with current trends and events in the fashion industry.
- You are both proactive and reactive, structured and able to manage different projects and tasks at the same time, thriving in a high-speed working environment.
- You are good at creating visual presentations, knowledge in indesign and/or photoshop is highly valued.
- You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken as this is the corporate language at GANT.
