Details
The Head Office groups together the main cross-functional functions (marketing, legal, finance, human resources, shareholder relations, communications, etc.). The corporate teams define strategies in their areas of expertise and provide assistance and advice to the various Group entities. Because of its missions and to reflect the diversity of the Group, the Head Office is increasingly multicultural and has an international vocation.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Graduate Program Support), you will support the Group Talent Acquisition Leaders primarily in managing one of our corporate graduate programs (the V.I.E. program). This program is in partnership with Business France to recruit young talent across Europe for international missions lasting 2 years and you will contribute by:
Working with managers internationally (across almost 20 countries) to define and challenge the V.I.E. mission, understanding the recruitment needs, and publishing the offers
Manage the recruitment process: conducting interviews, sourcing diverse profiles in line with our strategy, follow-up of candidates with managers and providing feedback to the candidates.
Operational/Administrative Tasks: Own the reimbursement process of the program and other adhoc topics
Continuous Improvement Projects: Analyze areas of improvement (e.g. employer branding of the program, KPIs follow-up, animating events), propose solutions and deploy them.
