Details
As the Customer Experience (CX) team, our primary goal is to drive and enable customer-centricity throughout the organization. We do this by collaborating with our operating entities (OEs) to measure customer feedback, input and support in the improvement of local customer experience. Furthermore, we partner with other global functions within Allianz SE to scale up global customer experience initiatives. Lastly, to fulfill our ambition of driving customer-centricity, we also work on cultivating a culture where everyone prioritizes the customer in their daily work, incl. planning and hosting CX Events and contributing to the development of Customer-centric Culture and Trainings.
We are currently seeking an intern to support customer experience activation and culture initiatives. This position presents an exciting opportunity for learning and professional growth, as you will interact with employees from various departments within Allianz, coordinate and participate in diverse events, and contribute to multiple projects / topics.
What you will do as Intern Customer Experience Activaiton & Culture (m/f/d)
- Provide support to the team in project management tasks, communication, research, data analysis, innovation, and following up with our Operating Entities (OEs)
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns and derive actional insights using tools such as PowerBI and CX GPT
- Possess the potentials of using the latest technology such as Gen AI / Chat GPT to enhance customer experience innovation
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather data and prepare progress reports
- Support the team in planning and hosting Customer Experience (CX) events and contributing to the development of Customer-Centric Culture and Training programs

What you bring as Intern Customer Experience Activaiton & Culture (m/f/d)
- Ability to use data analysis tools such as PowerBI
- Previous working experience particularly in Entrepreneurship, Customer Experience, Marketing, IT, Project Management, and/or Communications
- Entreprenuerial background preferred
- Advanced design skills, such as Adobe InDesign and Figma, are a plus but not required
- Possess creative and client-oriented communication skills
- Exhibit excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, with an interest in employee relations
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
