The Amplifon Records Graduate Program is a career accelerator designed for ambitious international talents ready to push boundaries and drive meaningful change.
This 18-month journey will give you the opportunity to experience three job rotations within your chosen function, gaining hands-on exposure across Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Procurement & Supply Chain, Marketing, Innovation & Technology, and Retail Excellence.

The Journey:
- 1st Month – Induction @Milan, HQ: Engage in ad-hoc training sessions to gain the support, tools, and opportunities needed to grow and succeed. Learn about the fast-growing global market and the meaningful values that drive our company.
- 6 Months – Two Assignments @Milan, HQ: Explore your department of interest by working with two different teams and tackling a Sustainability project within the company or the Amplifon Foundation.
- 12 Months – International Assignment: After understanding the core of our company, you will spread Amplifon values globally by working in one of the 26 countries we operate in, based on your career path and area of development.
- Graduation: After 18 months, you will be ready to graduate and contribute to the company's growth by making a significant impact.

- Onboarding Week @ Global HQ (Milan): Kick-start your experience with tailored training, strategic insights, and networking opportunities, immersing yourself in our purpose-driven culture.

What You Need to Apply
- Master’s degree with excellent grades (achieved/planned between September 2025 – July 2026).
- At least 6 months of work or internship experience.
- Minimum 6 months of international experience.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong motivation, adaptability, and a passion for innovation and impact.
