Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and supported by the Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz, and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies) groups. Our ambition is to produce state-of-the-art electric batteries while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

We are proud to manufacture, at our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau, the batteries that already power several electric vehicles available on the market (PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, and soon the DS N°8, the Citroën C5 AirCross, and the Jeep Compass).

To bring this ambition to life, we are looking for skilled and adaptable individuals in all areas related to factory operations: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, HSES... to join our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau (Hauts-de-France), our Industrial Center of Excellence in Nersac (Angoulême), and our R&D center in Bruges (Bordeaux).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft non-disclosure agreements and purchasing agreements.

  • Support the development of a contract handbook (including drafting and negotiation guidelines).

  • Monitor and summarize, when relevant, the latest updates on legal matters.

  • Conduct research and prepare legal memos for non-lawyers on various topics.

  • Draft or update legal policies, such as battery due diligence, personal data management, and contract management.

  • Support the operation of the contract management system.

  • Assist legal team members with various topics under the legal department’s responsibility, such as corporate law, insurance, real estate, intellectual property, and compliance.

Required Skills:

Knowledge / Know-how:

  • Good understanding of contract law and the logic sustaining the different applicable laws.

  • Mathematical logic.

Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law.

Key Behaviors:

  • Conscientiousness and pragmatism.

  • Ability to comprehend and summarize relevant regulations.

  • Strong motivation to share legal knowledge with business partners and to implement appropriate tools.

  • Curiosity and open-mindedness.
