WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Global Commercial Excellence team is responsible for enhancing, upgrading, and modernizing our Agricultural Solutions overall commercial approach. Our unit has a vision and goal to dramatically increase our customer centricity which is going to lead to improved customer experiences and business outcomes. As an intern, you are part of a global digital transformation project, generating change and impact on the PMO side.
- In your new position, you are responsible for planning, prioritising and implementing key measures to support our transformation.
- Together with your colleagues from global, regional and country teams, you develop and implement creative communication and change strategies.
- Your expertise is in demand! You design compelling presentations for top management, thereby supporting strategic decisions.
- In addition, you create target group-specific change materials, such as user journeys and leadership toolkits, highlighting the benefits of our digital transformation.
- Last but not least, you manage and maintain our network of relevant stakeholders, roles and contacts.

WHAT YOU OFFER
- enrolled student in business administration, psychology, communication or a comparable subject
- initial practical experience in project, change management or strategic consulting
- confident use of MS PowerPoint and basic knowledge of project management tools and change management methods
- very good written and spoken English skills, German skills are an advantage
- proactive, reliable and team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work
