About the role:

The Technical Support Team at Bdeo is responsible for efficiently managing customer issues, configurations, and inquiries. In addition, the team actively contributes to enhancing Bdeo's operational efficiency by developing internal tools, including integrations, scripts, and interfaces, through agile sprint methodologies.

As a key member of the team, you will actively participate in various daily activities alongside Support Specialists. Some examples of your responsibilities include:

  • Configuring environments for pilots, implementations, and production projects
  • Testing configurations for our client’s environments.
  • Performing maintenance tasks: executing, improving, and creating maintenance scripts in our backend and persistence models
  • Investigate technical issues using analytical tools: Smartlook, Metabase, AWS & CloudWatch
  • Customizing User Interfaces to meet specific requirements
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on their questions, issues and configurations.
  • Documenting configurations, features, and internal tools for reference and knowledge sharing
  • Assisting with the maintenance and development of new features for our internal tools.

This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless support and enhancing Bdeo's technological infrastructure.

Skills you will develop:

  • Agile / SCRUM team activities.
  • E2E Manual Testing.
  • Debugging Applications and Log reviewing.
  • Executing backend scripts.
  • Cloud computing overview of different cloud-based services.
  • Configuration As Code.

Who are we searching for:

  • Currently pursuing technical studies, can be anything related to engineering, systems, programming… (can be as well someone that just graduated but with a strong interest in these areas).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & English.
