We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated intern to join our Customer Excellence & Omnichannel (CE & O) team. As an intern, you will embark on a learning journey focused on digital innovation and omnichannel strategy, contributing to our digital transformation efforts. Working closely with a dedicated tutor, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting change management initiatives, developing digital solutions, and promoting digital projects within the organization. This role is crucial in helping us enhance our digital presence and optimize our strategies to better serve various stakeholders. By joining our team, you will play an integral part in driving our affiliate's digital vision forward, while gaining valuable skills and insights into the dynamic world of digital marketing and strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support change management initiatives as part of the affiliate's digital transformation journey.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital solutions tailored to various stakeholders.

  • Assist in creating patient-facing apps and scientific platforms.

  • Share and promote digital projects within the organization.

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in identifying effective KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives.

Who You Are:

You are a driven individual passionate about digital innovation and eager to dive into the world of omnichannel strategy. Your strong communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English enable you to effectively share ideas and insights. You possess an analytical mindset and strategic thinking, allowing you to approach challenges with a thoughtful perspective. Your ability to multitask and manage projects effectively makes you a valuable team player, ready to contribute and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and solid project management skills.

  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Postgraduate Master’s in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
