Key responsibilities include:
- Support HR team to roll out Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions initiatives, policies and guidelines
- Support area champions in driving Recruitment, Human Capital, and College Relations initiatives
- Support HR in the recruitment activities to ensure practices, systems and policies are in placed & executed in the property
- Support internal HR communications on webinar sessions, developing manuals, creating presentations and generating reports
- Analyze data and metrics on to propose recommendations and drive project targets
- Research latest HR trends on sourcing methods and technology
- Support annual Human Capital Planning activities and reviews.
- Assist in executing Personal Development Plans across the market
- Assist in coordinating training programs and Induction
