With over 300 specialized associates and around 15 nationalities, Bosch activities in Lisbon are focusing on sales, marketing, communication, training, nearshoring services and shared support for human resources services to Europe. Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
Your contribution to something big:
Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a trainee to support us in our communication & change management activities related to both our transversal department activities as well as our Automation projects. This trainee will be joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisboa, assuming the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to associates and key stakeholders;
- Preparation and development of communication materials for regular and other events;
- Implement change management activities in projects;
- Set up roadmaps and change & communication strategies together with project managers;
- Support on setting up change management and communication plans;
- Managing communication channels for our worldwide organization on all matters related to department and automation activities.

What distinguishes you:
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any comparable university background;
- Experience: High interest in digital transformation and agile methods, and proficiency in using MS Office tools;
- Know how: Excellent moderation and communication skills, and strong time management, planning, and organizational skills;
- Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level); German would be an asset;
- Personality: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with others.
