Build your next startup with Antler
We help you get from 0 to 1 in two phases. Phase One is all about your team and idea. We will help you find your co-founder and develop your business idea. It's certainly an intense but rewarding stage in your entrepreneurial journey. Depending on your location, this phase will be run in person or online - refer to regional pages for clarification on duration and location of this period. At the end of Phase One, we will decide to invest in a select number of companies. These teams continue onto Phase Two. The next three months are all about building your MVP, getting traction, and getting ready for your next investment round. During this time, you should be located wherever it makes the most sense for building and scaling your company. Your time with Antler will culminate in Demo Day, in which you will get the opportunity to pitch to local and international investors to raise your next round of funding.

We strive to select and bring together a diverse group of exceptional people - from technologists to experienced business operators and serial entrepreneurs. We'll help you find the right co-founder(s) with the skill sets and experiences you need to successfully build your next company together.
Grow your network
An intro from the right person can make all the difference. We connect you with door-openers, industry experts, and successful entrepreneurs from all over the world, who will help you on this journey.
Get funding
All participants get an individual grant during the first phase of the program to enable them to focus full-time on building their company and products. We then invest in some of the companies who will get continued support to accelerate their growth.

Who is the ideal Antler founder?
At Antler, we bring together exceptional people to build successful companies. From experienced business operators to technologists and entrepreneurs, we work with skilled founders regardless of background or geography. On average, our founders have worked for 9 years before joining Antler. Furthermore, the founders of our portfolio companies represent more than 50 nations and more than 38% of them have at least one female co-founder. In the selection process to find the ideal founder, we look for an inner drive, a clear spike, and grit.
- Inner drive: You're a self-starter and can motivate yourself and others to join your mission. You set high goals and have proven an ability to achieve them.
- Spike: That strong attribute which enables your skills and experiences to stand out from the crowd. You have deep knowledge in an area where you can form a foundation of your company's competitive advantage.
- Grit: Your source of energy never runs low. You always find a window when the door closes. You have the willingness and ability to keep going when you're faced with obstacles.

Cost/funding for participants
What you get
Founders get a grant of € 3,000 during the first phase. We invest € 100,000 for a 11.5% equity stake in each company selected by our investment committee.
You will have access to experienced venture partners, masterclasses, structured curriculum and a global network of 475+ advisors to get tailored support. We provide you with a strong global network of VCs and angels providing our portfolio companies with better chances of accessing the right funding at the right time.
