Main Responsibilities
Manage, under supervision, AMS activities, including:

ticket analysis
-
user support
-
issue verification and reproduction
-
support in triage and resolution.
Contribute to technical and functional diagnostic activities by analyzing logs, data, and processes.
Collaborate in the evolution of configuration systems (CPQ, PLM, ERP), with a focus on:

integrations
-
functional customizations
-
automation
-
improvement of information flows.
Execute basic configuration activities and product model updates. Interact with IT teams, Engineering, and external vendors for coordinated AMS or project-related activities. Collaborate in the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

What You Need to Be Successful
Education
- Ongoing or recently completed degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Economics with an IT focus, or related fields.
Technical Skills
- Interest in the role of Application Analyst / AMS and in the management of enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with, or curiosity about, PLM/ERP/CPQ tools.
- Analytical and logical skills, with familiarity with business processes.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
Preferred:
- Basic programming logic (if/else statements, conditions, loops, logical operators, variables),
- Basic SQL knowledge,
- Understanding of application integration concepts (APIs, middleware).
Soft Skills
- Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to document activities.
- Problem-solving attitude and diagnostic mindset.
- Clear communication, collaborative approach, and ability to work with users and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
