About the Opportunity
At Coface, an international leader in credit insurance, business information and risk management, we are looking for a Commercial & Operations Support Graduate to join our Commercial Department for a 12‑month paid extracurricular internship.
From day one, you’ll gain first‑hand insight into the core of our business: how commercial risk is assessed, how strategic decisions are made, and how different teams coordinate to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
You won’t be here to “just observe”—you’ll be here to contribute, propose ideas, and make things happen.
What Will You Do?
You will gain hands-on, cross-functional experience in a role that is essential to the Commercial area. You will be part of the connection point between analysis, clients, and operations, supported by continuous training and guidance from experienced professionals. You will take part in activities such as:
- Analyzing commercial requests to ensure that each contract is solid, profitable, and aligned with the Group’s commercial underwriting policies.
- Supporting the Account Management team, helping strengthen relationships with our clients and ensuring fast, attentive, and high‑quality service.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations by keeping documentation, internal processes, and information updated, complete, and under control.
- Monitoring KPIs and using internal tools, such as the CRM, to ensure commercial indicators are up to date and support effective decision‑making.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, and stronger coordination between commercial and operational teams.
In this role, you won’t just learn how the business works — you will be an active part of its operation.
