Programme Highlights

  • Induction & Training: An introduction to Colliers' services, clients, and business operations.
  • Project Work: Interns will work in small groups to research and present a business project at the end of the programme.
  • Skills Development: Training sessions including RAPID Time Management, Courageous Conversations, and a live Q&A with the UK CEO.
  • Professional Experience: Practical exposure to teams working across different service lines.
  • Graduate Scheme Fast-Track: Successful interns will be automatically fast-tracked to the final stages of the 2026 London Graduate Scheme recruitment process.
