You will get the opportunity to support the project management activities within the Capital Markets division, with a primary focus on the Sales department. This internship is your gateway to gaining invaluable hands-on experience in project management, collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders, and exposure to both business and IT processes
We are looking for a candidate with good organisation and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on projects that require having high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Some of the role responsibilities include:
- Perform functional and regression testing for system enhancements or new functionalities.
- Document and report test results, actively identifying and following up on issues with relevant stakeholders (Business and IT).
- Facilitate effective meetings: Draft and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring clarity and actionable takeaways for all participants.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of project specifications, adding valuable insights and improvements.
- Manage daily operations: Take ownership of daily operational tasks and production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Support project management: Assist the project manager in tracking progress, reporting updates, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent – likely within degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
Experience
- Previous investment banking intern experience would be beneficial
Required skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Technical skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Fluency in English; French language skills is a plus
