Join our international department as a part-time Business Analyst and help us grow our business, supporting Danish companies to enter and succeed in new markets. Your primary role is to contribute to various projects and tasks related to market entry advisory and business development in an international context.

Background:

We are looking for one or two new candidates who can allocate 15 hours per week. Preferably starting as soon as possible.

Your role:

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to consulting projects, e.g., market research, company and partner screening, and benchmarking to support client recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations, workshops, and materials.
  • Collect data and conduct data modelling.
  • Support on tasks and projects that are managed from Denmark and abroad.
  • Assist with planning events and activities.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

About us:

DI International Business Development is one of DI's departments with an international focus. DI offers companies advice on international commercial matters and establishment through our locations in Copenhagen, Berlin, Chennai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Seoul, New York, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, and Melbourne.

You will be part of the team in Copenhagen, located in Industriens Hus. You may work on tasks related to all locations, but they will be performed from your location in Copenhagen. Your team leader will be based in Copenhagen as well. Your team leader will allocate tasks, provide ongoing sparring, and ensure your development. There is also a large student community in DI spreading across all departments.

Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will likely have:

  • Enrollment in a relevant study program within economics or business administration. Preferably in the final year of your Bachelor’s degree or first year of your Master’s degree.
  • Interest in business development, economics, and consulting in an international context.
  • Proficient data and analytical skills – to collect and analyze research data, e.g., on markets and companies.
  • PowerPoint savvy – to translate and communicate data to findings using visualizations, text, and presentations.
  • AI savvy – curiosity about and comfortable experimenting with AI tools to work smarter, combined with the judgment to validate results.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

It will be an advantage if you, at a later stage, are also interested in an internship at one of our international locations. If so, please indicate in your application when and in which location you would be interested. Possible locations for a later internship currently include New York, Chennai, Seoul, and Berlin.
