What you will do:

Account invoices in both the procurement (Pivot) and accounting (Sage) tools,
-
Be the representative of Deezer towards suppliers,
-
Make payment vouchers,
-
Help in accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices),
-
Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement depending on the motivation of the candidate,
-
Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control.

Eligibility
Candidates should be from:
Description of Ideal Candidate
This role is excellent for a person with:
-
2 or 3 years degree (BTS, DUT, Bachelor or equivalent) in Accounting,
-
Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English
-
Experienced in Sage or other accounting tool is a plus
-
Excel proficiency is a plus
-
Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
-
Teamwork and rigor are keys to success!
