Your area of work

Our Employer Branding team is dedicated to showcasing our company as an employer of choice. We aim to attract, engage, and retain the best talent by communicating our unique culture and values. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the team in developing and implementing our employer branding strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the organization and execution of recruiting events and career fairs
  • Planning and coordinating the monthly internal onboarding day for new joiners
  • Conducting research on employer branding trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with the marketing and HR teams on various projects
  • Helping to analyze the performance of our employer branding campaigns
  • Assisting in the creation of engaging content for our career site and social media channels

Description of Ideal Candidate

Your profile:

  • Currently in your gap year or enrolled in a Bachelor's (from 4th semester onwards) or Master's degree program in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • First practical experience in marketing, HR, or a related area is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling 
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively drive topics forward
  • Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Fluent in German and confident in English
