We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Support for our headquarters in Madrid.
Functions
- Support the registration and tracking of commercial opportunities in internal systems
- Assist in client onboarding processes (data collection, validation and system uploads)
- Monitor contract signature processes and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related administrative data
- Provide general administrative support to the B2B Sales team
- Collaborate with different internal teams to improve processes and efficiency

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently studying), preferably in Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Good communication skills and proactive mindset
- Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
- Availability to sign an internship agreement
(Optional) Valuable requirements
- Previous internship experience in administrative or commercial support roles
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Interest in the energy sector
