We are a fast-growing start-up with ever-changing challenges to face, and therefore the tasks on top of our to-do-list vary over time. The fields we constantly welcome support in are Psychology, Sales and Marketing. This includes a wide variation of different tasks. We are always happy to match our needs with your expertise and interests. Our former interns had various backgrounds ranging from Economics to Psychology.

What you could do

  • Create attractive marketing content to use in ads, blog articles, videos and other formats
  • Boost our Echometer brand internationally by generating international leads via LinkedIn and other platforms to accelerate our startup’s growth.
  • Implement projects from our marketing strategy in close cooperation with the founders
  • Continuous optimization of existing landing pages, SEO activities, content and social media channels
  • Create psychologically-based content for blog articles and workshops
  • Support our Customer Care Team by analysing user feedback to improve our tool

As a fast growing, remote-first startup, Echometer is on the mission to empower everyone to unleash their full potential and be happy at work. 

With our background as a spin-off of the psychological faculty of the University of Münster, we draw on psychological research and real-world best practices to create a software that leverages agile, iterative feedback loops to create a continuous improvement process.

Our expectations

  • You are eager to experience the start-up „vibe“ and enjoy working in a changing environment with varying tasks
  • You preferably already have marketing or sales experience, or are willing to acquire new skills in these fields
  • You enjoy working in an ambitious team
  • You want to proactively take responsibility, experiment and show willingness to learn and teach
  • Good English skills are a plus
  • Ideally, you are located in the Münster area (even though you and we will be mostly working remote right now)
