We are looking for a motivated and passionate Marketing Intern to join our EMEA Regional Team (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain 360° exposure to both Product Marketing and Consumer Marketing within the luxury fragrance industry.

Your Key Responsibilities
Reports & Analysis
- Prepare monthly reports on retail sales, brand and competitive performance, including market deep dives
- Consolidate EMEA launch reports and provide competition analysis to support recommendations
Pricing & Demand Planning
- Assist in the pricing cycle: collect benchmarks and support pricing adjustments per affiliate
- Prepare forecasting guidelines, consolidate bulletins, and track the codes master list
- Manage product orders and monitor inventory
Consumer Marketing
- Contribute to the planning and execution of 360° marketing activations across EMEA
- Consolidate affiliate activation calendars, results, and best practices
- Assist in the development of toolkits and guidelines to ensure consistent brand expression
- Support media campaign coordination (paid, owned, earned), influencer/PR initiatives, and regional/global/local partnerships & events
Operations & Coordination
- Organize monthly marketing calls and assist with the preparation of internal meetings and conferences
- Support in preparing presentations for cross-functional projects and management reviews

Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (luxury, beauty, or FMCG specialization is a plus)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English is required; French or another European language is a strong advantage
