What do we do?
Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Barcelona, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan, Luxembourg, Amsterdam and Prague, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 4 years, we have:

Your Responsabilities
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. Directly reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll run real processes from day one, not shadow them.
Recruitment (70%)

Partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft scorecards and set the right recruitment strategy.

Write, publish and manage job postings on our ATS (TeamTailor).

Screen applications, conduct first HR interviews and coordinate the full process.

Ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience at every step.

Draft offer letters and hand off seamlessly to People Ops for onboarding.
Campus Management (20%)

Contribute to building our school outreach strategy and help strengthen our presence on campuses.

Identify and build partnerships with target schools (France & Europe) to fuel our intern pipeline.
Employer Brand (10%)

Help create engaging content (LinkedIn posts, testimonials, behind-the-scenes) that showcases intern life at Electra.

Contribute to our presence on job platforms (Welcome to the Jungle, LinkedIn) with fresh, authentic content.

Support the rollout of our EVP (Employee Value Proposition) with concrete activation ideas.

Your Profile

You are studying Human Resources Management (Bac+3/5) or equivalent (law, business school diploma, psychology, etc.). Ideally, you have a 1st experience in recruitment but motivation counts more.

You have excellent communication skills, are rigorous, organized and curious.

Fluent in English (mandatory), French is a plus, not a requirement.

You're motivated to join a fast-growing scale-up.
