What you'll do:
- You will manage your own projects in the field of Retail Management across our European Emma stores.
- You will support the steering of retail performance and processes across our European stores.
- You will suggest ideas to improve stores based on feedback from team members and store managers.
- You will work closely with store teams to gain insights and build efficiencies within store operations.
- You will be comfortable working with retail KPIs and identifying levers to drive success.
- You will contribute to other projects or activities aligned with your interests (e.g., training calendar/execution, sales strategy, KPI development).

Who we're looking for:
- You are currently studying Retail Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related university program, and you are available to start as soon as possible.
- You have first practical work experience in a start-up or fast-paced business environment (preferred).
- You have strong analytical skills, you learn quickly, and you have crucial Excel skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you are people-oriented.
- You are responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- You are available for at least 6 months.
