We are looking to hire an Intern for our Internship - International Recruiting (f/m/d) and join our team and help shape how we find, attract, and engage top talent for the Endress+Hauser Group. You will become part of an international and diverse team with colleagues across Europe. At Group Services, we support Endress+Hauser entities across the globe - from HR, Finance, Legal and many more Group functions – positively enabling every part of the company and making a global impact.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Take ownership of key steps in the recruiting process—from identifying potential candidates, making first contact and supporting interviews
- Explore and lead your own mini-projects within international recruiting, tailored to your interests and strengths
- Shadow experienced recruiters in the recruitment of young talent (interns and working students) until you are comfortable to take more ownership
- Help ensure our applicant database is up-to-date and ensure high-quality recruiting documentation
- Collaborate with team members across Europe, gaining insights into how we work across borders
- Enjoy the freedom to dive into other areas of HR - such as Employer Branding, HR Business Partnering, or People Development
- Contribute your ideas and shape how we attract talent at Endress+Hauser

You:
- Are currently enrolled at a university or college in a relevant field of study
- Have a keen interest in recruitment, HR, or talent management
- Bring excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
- Work independently and take initiative
- Are confident using office software and digital tools
- Are fluent in English, German would be a plus
