This role will be responsible for contributing to key strategic or transformation projects, supporting project leaders in the Functions or the Countries, conducting in-depth analyses and contributing to delivering actionable recommendations as well as contributing to the dynamics of the internal network of Strategy and Transformation contributors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Analyst Intern, under the leadership of the Chief Transformation Officer, you will be assigned on a portfolio of projects and work packages. These could include the following types of activities:
- Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives. Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, possibly taking responsibility of the delivery of specific work packages.
- Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance
- Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition)
- Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area
- Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: All functions and organizations, project leaders, network of Transformation / Strategy leaders in the Business Units / Countries, Function / Country directors
- External: Partners, suppliers, other companies (benchmarks), consultancy / market study

- Project management skills, including the ability to organize a work package or contribute to cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral & written, fluent English, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Ability to understand organization dynamics and to operate in a multinational context
- Proven interpersonal skills, with ability to mobilize a network of contributors and to interact at different levels in the organization,
- Reliable, meeting timelines and quality requirements
- Interest for the mobility or transportation industry
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- A first experience (internship) in management consulting, strategy or corporate development,
- MBA or Engineering degree
