Specific Post Environment:
The Microfinance, Alternative Lenders and Fintech Division is part of the Investment Office. The main objective of the division is to be responsible for transaction origination, appraisal, analysis, negotiation and execution of transactions covering typically diversified portfolios of mainly loans to micro, small and medium enterprises or students and learners.
Overall objective:
For this project you will work is the development of the database for the transactions under the department’s remit. In particular, your overall objective will be to:

Actively participate in the implementation of a project on database coordination.

Contribute to the follow up of the database project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the senior of the team, you shall:

Contribute to the coordination of database inputs for the transactions under the department’s remit.

Assist in gathering and analysing data to support the database project.
Expected outcome:

Support the implementation of the database project within the division.

Enhance the data analysis for the database project.

Candidates should be from:

Qualifications:

University degree (or on-going studies) in Business Administration, Finance, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, law or similar discipline. Candidate may be enrolled in the final year of a master’s degree.

Relevant coursework in financial and/or data analysis would be an advantage.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other Microsoft application tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
-
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Good command of another EU language would be an advantage.
