Details

Together with your colleagues, you provide a roof over your head. By working together on the management and maintenance of our office and technical buildings, you will help to ensure that all employees feel comfortable and welcome at Eurowings.

  • You are responsible for checking, creating and sending outgoing and recurring invoices
  • You will also maintain contact with creditors and liaise with the site managers
  • Close cooperation with our Finance department is also part of your range of tasks
  • In deposit management, you create payment requests
  • You document and create factsheets and maintain the database of our rental agreements
  • Project work is part of your daily routine - for example, coordinating audits and supporting internal relocations
  • As a number cruncher, you design and create reports and are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of databases
  • Finally, you will provide support with all administrative tasks in the area of

About you

  • You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the field of real estate management, business administration or similar
  • You are familiar with the MS Office package so that you can apply your knowledge in a targeted manner
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of Power BI
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management
  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • Be empowered - you work independently and don't lose your head or sense of humor even in hectic times
