How you will learn and grow 

  • You will join our Talent team at Group level based in Milan, actively participating in the deployment of talent development projects, with a particular focus on employer branding, learning and managerial development programs roll-out. 
  • You will support the planning, organization and delivery of learning events, workshops, talent management and development and change management activities (e.g., tracking enrolment requests, communicating with attendees, managing waiting lists and cancellations, setting up logistics, supporting during events etc.).
  • You will support in managing the global learning platform of the Group (e.g.; updating attendance to courses, supporting in the creation of ad-hoc learning contents/lessons,..).
  • You will contribute to the regular update of internal HR dashboards and reports, by collecting and organizing the required data about Talent Acquisition and Development projects/activities, and supporting the elaboration of effective report documents (PowerPoint, Excel..).

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for 

  • You are a Bachelor or master student / graduate interested in HR-related topics.
  • You have a strong passion for people and learning and development projects.
  • You are eager to face new tasks with curiosity and creativity.
  • You are a highly organized person, with an analytical mindset.
  • You know Microsoft Office tools well and you have a strong command of Excel and Power Point.
  • You are proficient in English.
