Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Accessories&Shoes Product Development Team, with specific activities in the development of Accessories, Shoes & Bijoux products, from concept to sample delivery, actively participating in the various stages of the process in order to help the team ensure compliance with defined timelines and pricing.
You will cooperate in different activities, including:
- Assist the manager in the development of the relevant product categories, from the receipt of sketches through to prototyping and production;
- Support the team in the research of materials, trims, and processes consistent with moodboards and market trends;
- Provide support and collaborate with the team in managing the prototyping and sampling phases, interfacing with external suppliers;
- Participate in the review of prototypes and samples, contributing to the collection and communication of feedback;
- Update and manage reporting, technical documentation, and the relevant PLM (e.g., prototyping sheets, sample launch);
- Support the creation and implementation of collection moodboards.

Required profile
- For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Design, Accessory Design or related fields.
- You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
- In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
- The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is required.
- Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and interest in the leather goods, footwear, and/or bijoux sector are considered as a plus.
