Responsibilities
- Conducting end-to-end selection processes for Trainees across different departments.
- Managing internship agreements with universities.
- Coordinate with Talent the Company trainee Program (Find your Spark)
- Acting as a reference point for Trainees and monitoring their progress to ensure expectations are met.
- Collaborating with different business areas to identify needs and define solutions in terms of People processes.
- Supporting HRBPs in strategizing and implementing cross-functional projects.
- Planning onboarding processes for new hires.
- Assisting in selection processes for junior profiles.
- Organizing learning actions and events (communications, logistics and monitoring through the e-learning platform) collaborating with Talent & Culture team.
- Working with other teams in the People department on projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and well-being.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.
You will rock at this role if you match with:
- Graduate in Psychology, ADE, Labor Relations or similar.
- Studying a Master's or Postgraduate in Human Resources is highly valued.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (native).
- Intermediate knowledge of Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person with the ability to work as a team. Who is eager to learn and contribute new ideas.
- Possibility of making an agreement with the university for 8/12 months full-time.
