Overview

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we're searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our Finance department – Industrial Controlling team for a 6-month internship starting in March.

Details

You will support the consolidation of monthly financial reports for the APAC-MEA Region Industrial and Supply Chain Controlling teams, including variance analysis to explain performance changes. During the budget period, you will assist in standardizing and consolidating budget templatesfor use across the region.

You will also contribute to product costing simulations and the assessment of different options for the industrial footprint.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Central Operations, APAC-MEA Plant Controlling, and Regional Supply Chain Controlling teams.

Description of Ideal Candidate

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of September 2026.

You will bring your Degree in Finance, Business or Economics, demonstrating a strong educational background in relevant fields.

You have strong interpersonal, team-working, and leadership skills. You demonstrate the ability to deliver while respecting deadlines. With proactive communication abilities, you will effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and across departments.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary for handling data and generating reports. You have a problem-solving approach and able to work with numbers confidently. 

You possess a high level of financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge, as well as a solid understanding of commercial economics.
